They are DEACTIVATING this on Dec. 15, 2017. Why?

They are deactivating this game so I can no longer play this on my iPad if I delete this for some reason or I get a new iPad. This is one of my most frequently played games on my iPad. So why deactivate? Is it too difficult or too expensive to program? What’s to program unless you program in a bug? I know there’s a few things that people would like the developers to tweak to make the game quicker or more balanced between the person and the AI. But that doesn’t mean you HAVE to change that. I’m going to miss this game when I get a new iPad. And I think I need to know longer support pogo.com. This is obviously a very popular game but I guess not popular enough to them.
